Only 51 more days until Christmas, and it seems that I'm very excited about the upcoming season this year. I always got excited when Christmas - or better say - December was around the corner, but this year I just can't wait. It might have to do with the new house. We now live in a very friendly neighborhood which was decorated around Halloween as well. I'm pretty sure it'll look even more nice around Christmas. I really want to decorate our house too. I mean I know we're gonna do that in the inside, but hopefully outside as well. I'm not really excited about getting gifts. Having a big Christmas tree, decorated nicely and a lot of gifts under it, not for me but from me, would make a great Holiday. And of course the matchable music to it just makes it perfect. Entering the house, smelling homemade cookies or just cinnamon candles is a part of the Christmas Season too. I would also like to go to a Christmas market. Smelling whatever is in the air, cookies, snow or just Christmas itself. Something you just have to experience.
I can't wait for the snow to come, also when we are in the 70's again today, I hope it'll come soon. Waking up in the morning, looking out the window, seeing how snowflakes dance their way down to the ground. Building up with every second, melting together to a beautiful white landscape. And of course I hope we'll get a lot of snow.All that excitement usually started around the beginning of December, but this year it started before Halloween. Can't wait for Black Friday either. Standing in the cold for hours, just to get stuff in the store on sale. Actually crazy, but a great experience!
So let the winter come and let all the excitement begin!
