Rest In Peace, Angels

Once again the world stood still,
Another monster had to kill.
Twenty children had to die,
And all I'm wondering is why?

Parents crying for lost lives,
Husbands embracing their wives.
Everybody here is sad,
Innocent people are now dead.

Why do people do such things?
Giving sinless babies wings?
It's not fair, it's just not right,
Sending children into the light.

Santa and his reindeer cry,
When with their sleigh up high they fly.
Baby angels passing by,
All on their way up to the sky.

They will never be forgotten,
When we lay our heads on cotton.
In our hearts they'll always be,
Without pain, they are now free.

We'll see them again one day,
Because we know we'll cross their way.
All their lives is what he took,
Rest in peace, angels of Sandy Hook.

' Tis The Season

Looking at the Christmas tree,
Lights are shining, can you see?
Tinsel moving in the air,
'Tis the season, time to share.

Snowflakes falling from the sky,
Children saying 'my oh my'.
While the world is turning white,
And the moon is shining bright.

Jack Frost's nibbling on your nose,
Frosty's born, that's how it goes.
Santa Claus is almost here,
And his reindeer full of cheer.

Happy faces full of joy,
Children waiting for their toy.
Lit up trees are standing tall,
Merry Christmas to you all. Pin It
